Most facilities and classes can be used on a pay-as-you-go basis, but there are huge advantages to taking a Junction membership, the Gold options of which include:
- Free use of the fitness suite and free weights area
- Free fitness classes (excluding yoga and pilates)
- Unlimited public swimming sessions
- Unlimited use of the tennis courts (booked in advance)

Lifewise Gym, Bournemouth
Members of The Junction can also use our Lifewise Gym on Westover Road in Bournemouth for free.

Holiday Clubs
During half-terms and school holidays, the Junction is one of the venues for the YMCA Bournemouth Holiday Clubs for children between 5 and 12 years old.
Training Courses
The Junction hosts a number of YMCA Bournemouth training courses for organisations and individuals, including STA Lifeguard courses, First Aid and Paedeatric First Aid.

A few years ago, The Junction’s gymnasium was fully refurbished and modernised. The Junction’s manager Martin Stockley was delighted to welcome AFC Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe to the centre to open the new facility.
