YMCA Bournemouth are delighted to have worked positively with the team at Fitness First (Poole) over the last two weeks to successfully arrange the rescue of this fitness club. YMCA will be operating the club as a local organisation under a new name from 1st September 2023. All those involved, including the valued staff located at Willis Way, have come together to make this happen. The ambition is to ensure this club looks forward to many more years of delivering quality health and fitness benefits to the community.
Work is ongoing to ensure a smooth transition for current Members and Staff, other decisions and conversations surrounding Junction/new location linked benefits and opportunities will be announced throughout September.
We are delighted to have this new opportunity, an opportunity that will benefit so many local individuals.
