The Family and Relationship Service is made up of Teddy’s Preschool, Family Hubs and the Child Contact Centre. We believe every family should have the support they need to develop and lead fulfilling lives. Our team work tirelessly alongside families often in challenging circumstances, striving to enable children, young people, parents and carers to achieve their potential and develop and maintain positive relationships.
This role, as Business Support Officer, is based at The Stourvale Centre and involves liaising with service users and staff, including children and young people. As front of house they provide information , advice and guidance to all service users and members of the public, face to face and on the telephone. The ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences is essential, as is being safe motivated and having a positive attitude. The Business Support Officer will also have an overview for the building and will need to liaise with the estates team, building services and contractors regarding maintenance. As this role has a statutory requirement to ensure safety and welfare of all children, young people and adults at risk using our services a DBS check will be required.
Salary £12.21 per hour (part-time role) £17,460.30 per annum. The full-time equivalent for this role would be £25,396.80 per annum.
The available role is for 27.5 hours per week (weekdays).
